Sudhir Mathur, Director of Harsys Technology Pvt. Ltd., brings over 25+ years of experience in the Power Sector and IT Infrastructure industry. Holding a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Electronics & Telecom Engineering from Maharashtra Institute of Technology, he specializes in Transmission & Distribution (T&D), Substation Projects, and Infrastructure Consultancy. Associated with Larsen & Toubro, he has successfully delivered consultancy services for Rajasthan and U.P. power utilities, including pre-tendering, post-tender execution, technical advisory, and project coordination, driving efficient and future-ready power infrastructure solutions.

Hemant Bajoria, Founder of Harsys Technology Pvt. Ltd., brings over 20+ years of experience in the IT industry. With an MBA in Sales & Finance, he combines strategic business insight with deep technical expertise. He founded Harsys in 2021 with a vision to deliver innovative solutions in IT Infrastructure, Cyber Security, Servers, and AI Labs. Having worked with HCL, Schneider Electric, Fortinet, and Redington, he drives digital transformation by delivering future-ready technology solutions.
